The Postgraduate Blog & Socials
CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS
We now have a BSC Postgraduate Blog, and we are looking for contributions from criminology postgraduate students. It’s a great way to get connected with other criminology postgraduates. You can blog about your area of research, or if you are attending the conference, we would love for you to blog about your experience. Those who are presenting this year will be invited to write a blog or share their abstract – this way all the work you are putting in to presenting your work will be disseminated beyond the conference.
More information is available here, or otherwise, please get in touch with Nicola (nicola.harding@stu.mmu.ac.uk)

Join our BSC postgraduate committee on Facebook. The Facebook group is a valuable forum to share information and get support from postgraduate colleagues
The Facebook group is managed by a team of criminology postgraduate students: Jessica Eaton from Birmingham University, who is researching victim blaming after rape and sexual assault of women. Nicola Harding, from Manchester Metropolitan University, who’s PhD is entitled ‘places on probation: experiences of criminal justice intervention beyond the prison gates’ and Gillian McNaull from Queens University Belfast, who’s research looks at women’s experiences of remand imprisonment in Northern Ireland.
