Justice beyond Criminal Justice (29th October, in-person)
Hosted by the University of Bath, this one-day symposium brings together academics from across the social sciences to explore the justice processes that sit outside of the formal criminal justice system, used in response to serious harm and injury.
This event is a collaboration between the Criminology Research Group at the University of Bath, the SWDTP, and the British Society of Criminology (South West). Our keynote speaker is Professor Richard Moorhead (University of Exeter), who will be sharing with us his research on the Post Office IT Horizon Inquiry.
Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words, accompanied by a short (100-word) biography to be submitted by 30th September (via the Eventbrite page). This is a free event, but attendees must register to attend. Please do so by registering on the Eventbrite page by 6th October. We would like to particularly encourage PGR students to consider submitting an abstract to present their work.
